Casa Juanchi CIENFUEGOS is located in a luxurious, quiet and residential neighborhood, which lived its years of splendor in the 50s, of the 20th century. We are talking about the magnificent neighborhood of Punta Gorda, which in itself is one of the greatest attractions of this city. It is a quiet and very pleasant area, safe and dotted with beautiful buildings. It has many interesting things nearby, worth seeing (such as the Marina Marlins, the Cienfuegos Nautical Club, the famous Hotel Jagua (excellent pool and facilities), the Blue Palace, the Valle Palace, the Malecón, etc.). The house is very, very close to the sea and has a supermarket right next to it.

Casa Juanchi CIENFUEGOS was built in 1959 and has always been in the hands of the same family. Of organic architecture, everything in it is thought and made to take advantage of light, space and ventilation. Large windows, front green spaces, rear garden (to gain privacy), very spacious rooms and rooms, excellent natural lighting… It is not only a typical example of organic architecture. It is an excellent example of a book, which -in addition- has been lovingly maintained and preserved over time. Anecdotally, to say that it was designed by the architect Carbonell (one of the best of his time and architect of several of the best buildings in Cienfuegos). The house preserves the original architecture, gardens, furniture and decoration.
The guest room is very large, spacious, calm and quiet. It has silent air conditioning, fan and private bathroom (sanitary ware and original fittings, in perfect condition).
